We had been shopping and also looking around for lunch at the time. I had chosen to get the Thai Curry Seafood Soup along with one of the make your own sandwiches, which is a great choice because you get everything you want and nothing you don’t. On my sandwich, I chose ciabatta bread, for the spread I chose the chipotle mayonnaise, for the meat I chose roast beef, for the cheese I chose brie, and the veggies were spinach, grilled onions, and artichokes. One word to describe this sandwich: DELICIOUS! The soup was pretty bland and did not have the spice that we expected. My grandmother had grabbed a few items from the International Food Bar, such as the Cauliflower Au Gratin, the French Rustic Meatloaf, the Tomato and Lavender Au Gratin, and the Ratatouille. The cauliflower was simple but okay. The meatloaf was tasty with all of the pistachios in fruit inside, and it also had a good texture. The lavendar au gratin was te best of all very tasty and we both can not resist ricotta cheese. The ratatouille was the wors of all, no flavor, too simple, too much marina sauce, and the vegetables would have been better if sliced thin.
